Xugong ranks fourth among the world's top 50 construction machinery manufacturers

On May 18, THE UK'S KHL Group, the world's most authoritative information provider of construction machinery, released the top 50 manufacturers of construction machinery in the world 2020.

According to the list, the total sales of listed companies worldwide exceeded 200 billion US dollars for the first time ever, with Chinese companies accounting for 17.7% of the total sales of nearly 36 billion US dollars. Xugong jumped to fourth place from sixth last year, making it the world's no. 1 company, with a strong performance of 30 percent more than Chinese companies' total sales.

The presence of the three Chinese companies, led by Xugong, in the top 10 was described as "no country is more represented in the top 10", a sign that Chinese brands are becoming an increasingly important "pole of growth" in the volatility of the global construction machinery market.
